ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1 working day to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!
DISPATCH:
Orders are generally shipped within 1 working days using Royal Mail and are either sent 1st class or recorded delivery.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING RATES:
Packaging & shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Prices for postage start at £1.25
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not currently offer international shipping.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount, the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sherbet-lemon.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
